I wanted to introduce a new element to our business called Planted by Sai. So hi I'm Sai one of the two owners of Eco Nature Holidays. Im a life long Plant Based Vegan and trained cook. I grew up in Helensburgh in a family of Chinese heritage who owned and ran restaurants and takeaways for decades. So growing up food was a massive part of my life. When old enough to make a choice I became vegan and have been ever since. My lover of good food and cooking has continued and now we are expanding our business to include food and catering to our guests and commumity of Argyll in Scotland.
Planted by Sai is a a 100% Plant Based Vegan business and a part of Eco Nature Holidays. We are offering catering to guests who stay with us for with breafast boxes and also evening meals. We prepare the food in the kitchen of the Old Barn, in essence you are getting your own private cook. We have also expanded to doing farmers markets and stalls taking our cakes and savoury bakes to sell to the local community to hopefully show how tasty vegan food can be. We also now offer cooking workshops and demos either our our accomodation or in other food resigistered premises. Our pop up cafes and lunch clubs have been very popular with both vegans and no vegans alike.
